This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to join as an Analyst to work within the Capital and Impairment Forecasting team and at the heart of TSB's Risk function. Primary responsibilities of the team are the execution of Capital and Impairment forecasts and development of forecasting techniques to support business planning and regulatory requirements. Covering unsecured (personal loans, credit cards and current accounts), secured and business banking portfolios the role provides a unique opportunity to engage with all aspects of the business and play a pivotal role in business planning activity. A degree in mathematics, statistics or similar is required for this role. •Development and maintenance of statistical and econometric models and tools to support capital and impairment forecasting activity. •Production of capital and impairment forecasts to support business planning and regulatory activities. •Undertake variance and trend analysis to understand emerging portfolio performance patterns and provide insight into future portfolio performance. •Delivery of reporting packs and presentations to senior stakeholders. •Provide analysis and insight across wider portfolio management team in support of growth initiatives, business and financial planning. •Contribute to the Risk function through embedding and sharing best practice techniques and collaborate to achieve success for the wider team.
