An opportunity has emerged for a sharp minded individual to join a leading brand providing essential services to millions of customers in the UK in the capacity of an Analyst. You will be an integral part of the reporting team and provide support to the senior reporting analyst in the collation and generation of month end business reporting. This is a challenging position in which you will support daily, weekly and monthly reporting across all customer service activity, analyse basic statistical data in order to make recommendations to the senior reporting analyst and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders within the Retail area and wider business units To be successful we are looking for a self-starter with proven administration and organisation skills. Experience in a PMO environment would be ideal but not essential, because of the senior exposure that this role would offer it would suit a graduate who is keen to make their mark. You should also possess: An excellent degree of computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Experience of customer service and reporting; preferably in a high pace operating environment and possess a good work ethic, positive attitude and a personable nature. Be a logical thinker with experience of replicating customer service reports. Capable of communicating with people from various professional backgrounds. MS Project experience very desirable You will have experience of organising 3rd party data providers, be comfortable refreshing existing reports and have the aptitude to conduct analysis of basic reports.
