Ideally, you will have between 1-3 years' experience or a high performing graduate keen to succeed in an application support environment with an exposure to development. You will be responsible for supporting Web based applications which includes research, investigating and recommending solutions to customers, support existing websites, trouble-shooting and identifying problems and fixing bugs. The role will have an on-call element so you must show flexibility, although this is not 24/7 and you will be rewarded financially for shifts that you work.

Skills
Confident ability to communicate and manage accounts liaising with stakeholders and business users.
Able to manage workloads and work to SLA's
- C# .NET, SQL Server
- Development tools including visual studio, TFS, SQL Management studio
- Webforms experience
- MVC is desirable but not essential
- Familiar with build servers preferably Team City
You will be joining a team of 4, who deal with around 20/25 tickets a week, so roughly 2-3 tickets per day of different levels.
