You will also apply statistical techniques that to deliver the insights that help manage the company's growth. Clear communication to a range of internal and external stakeholders will drive actionable takeaways to direct the ways we go to market.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, interpret and visualise raw data to make it useful and accessible for business usersRegularly run a suite of management reports for our Distributor PartnersWork with our server development team to optimise reporting by migrating to an online automated environmentAnalyse results using statistical techniques to interpret trends in customer data setsImprove the efficiency of our database by optimising our data collection system and devise other strategies that enhance statistical qualityCollaborate with internal and partner stakeholders including field operations, distribution partners, finance, market development, and server development teamsKey Skills & ExperienceYou should be passionate about data and organising it in a way to tell stories. Your ability and hunger to make your mark in a small fast-growing company are more important than formal experience.
