My client are a market leading provider of GIS software and services to a large scale, UK and International clientele. These are exciting times for a business experienced continued growth, and as a result they are seeking high-calibre individuals to join the team who are passionate about both GIS and Customer interaction. This role is for a 'Customer Success Manager', and will see you accountable for driving customer success through the use of GIS (ESRI products) within existing customers, by becoming a trusted GIS advisor to these organisations, enabling identification and closure of new sell-on opportunities and maintaining strong relationships. The role will involve mainly telephone contact, with occasional client site visits, taking ownership and account managing a set of existing customers (no new customer cold calling) against which you will be set targets for maintaining licenses, enhancing current software use and ensuring client satisfaction is met and exceeded. Summary of Experience required; - Builds domain expertise within given markets and understands customer business processes - Demonstrates an understanding of customers' commercial and political environment - Understands the potential for development of key accounts - Is able to analyse customers' current use of GIS, identify gaps and plan proposals for improvement - Thorough understanding of GIS and the ESRI product suite, its use and application - Good understanding of GIS trends and directions. To be considered you will be educated through a degree in GIS or a Geographic related course, and ideally bring 1-2 years of commercial sector experience, providing a strong core understanding of the ESRI GIS product suite and incorporating strong communication skills. English should be your first language. Pure GIS graduates with strong communication and aptitude to quickly acquire new knowledge will also be considered.
