Graduate Academy ManagerLocation: Flexible (can be based in either Hampshire, Manchester or South Gloucestershire)Remuneration: £50,000 - 60,000 per annum depending on experience plus competitive benefits packageDetails: Working for one of the UK's leading financial services providers we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and confident Graduate Academy Manager to join on a full time and permanent basis.This is a brand new vacancy and a great opportunity for an experienced professional with strong exposure of the management and coordination of graduate programmes.Reporting to the Employee Benefits Lead, the Graduate Academy Manager will lead, develop and champion the Employee Benefits Graduate Academy programme in order to deliver enhanced resource and skill capability to support cross sales into the organisational client base.This company offer a great benefits package and flexible working. Travel within this role will be required.Key Responsibilities:To lead the annual recruitment activity for the attraction, selection and assessment of the Graduate intakeTo build on the design and co-ordination of the Graduate onboarding and induction programmeTo build on and co-ordinate the rotational programme to ensure that the Graduates receive experience in all relevant areas of the business.To manage the team of Graduates whilst they are going through a 12 month cycle of training and development prior to securing a permanent role within the businessTo deliver technical training and provide support with individual exam coaching as requiredTo support with soft skills training as requiredTo act as mentor and coach to the Graduates, to include carrying out appraisals and regular 121 meetingsSkills, Qualifications & Experience: Strong graduate scheme management and coordination experienceProven line management experienceExcellent stakeholder engagement and management experience with proven ability to at all levels of the businessExcellent communication skills (written and oral)Proven experience within consultative sales (highly beneficial)Strong knowledge of organisational Employee Benefit Schemes (highly beneficial)How to Apply: To apply, please use the 'Apply Online' link below.
