RESPONSIBILITIESAttraction and Events StrategyIdentify, plan and execute divisional events to actively promote the division's programmesWork with the relevant school teams and key stakeholders to raise the Firm's and the divisions profile at target campuses.Arrange and monitor Fixed Income & Commodities and Research representation at attraction events. Attend these and represent the Sales & Trading Campus Recruitment Team.Effectively partner with and lead school teams to stay on top of referrals and ones to watch identified at events and through early pipeline initiatives to ensure greater return on investment.Recruitment & Diversity Responsible for the successful delivery of the Fixed Income & Commodities and Research divisions graduate and internship recruitment selection process: Ensure the school teams screen applications in a timely mannerPartner with your team to manage interview days and assessment centresEnsure business representatives are briefed and receive all relevant information during the selection process, communicating with them on a weekly basisCollect interview feedback and update candidates of their statusEnsure recruiting trackers & systems are updated promptlyKeep stakeholders regularly up to date on progressResponsible for the effective and timely execution of the sell process to get offers accepted and meet hiring targets.Partner with the Sales & Trading and Research Campus Recruitment Manager and the Diversity Team on the successful delivery of the divisions' diversity agenda.Track & regularly update attraction and recruitment related expenses, regularly updating Sales & Trading and Research Campus Recruitment Manager and relevant stakeholders.Manage all applicant and student enquiries ensuring all are dealt with in a timely fashion.Programme Management Partner with the Programme Manager on the design and execution of summer intern, industrial placement and off-cycle programmes.Manage the intern performance review process both at the mid and end stage. Monitor programme related hiring decisions to ensure the right full time conversions are made.Partnering with the wider Revenue campus team, assist with Spring Insight Programme recruitment and programme managementAdditional Responsibilities Keep up to date with current and impending legislation, developments and changes in the graduate market and propose changes to graduate recruiting policies and practices across Sales & Trading and ResearchKeep your Manager, the wider team and HR Coverage colleagues up to date with developments within Fixed Income & Commodities and Research as the season progresses, bringing any issues to management's attention.Manage a coordinator within the Sales & Trading team, both directing work and monitoring performance. The later should be done in conjunction with the RPO Manager and the Sales & Trading and Research Campus Recruitment Manager.Undertake team projects and ad hoc requests as required by the Campus Recruitment Manager.SKILLS REQUIREDSuccessful candidates are likely to have 1 - 2 years of experience in graduate recruitment with a robust understanding of the EMEA graduate recruitment landscapeStrong diplomacy and negotiation skillsHighly organized and Excellent attention to detailStrong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated client service focusHigh-level of initiative, resilience and self-motivationAnalytical and strong reporting skillsStrong presentation, sales and communication skills (written and verbal)Flexibility with regard to working hours, travel will be required
