Part time HR Co-ordinator job, Bath, 14 month fixed term contract, Salary up to £30K + Car Allowance Your new company A well-established organisation who have a diverse client base are seeking a talented HR Co-ordinator to join them on a 14 month fixed term contract. This role is part time working 22.5 hours per week. Your new role Working within a busy team of HR professionals you'll be providing a proactive and comprehensive HR service to all staff. The role reports directly in the managing director and is supported by the HR Business Partner. It is a hands on generalist role and will involve being the first point of contact for all general advice and guidance, coaching of line managers, HR project work and all HR administration tasks around the employee lifecycle. The main area of focus for this role is Learning & Development. You will take the lead on all L&D activities to ensure every opportunity is given to staff to develop. This will include, competency matrix, job descriptions, development plans and graduate development programmes. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience within a similar role will lead to your success. You'll need to demonstrate expertise within general HR and Learning & Development. You'll have knowledge of employment law and best practice and will have the ability to work on your own initiative . You'll be a proactive team player who is highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
