Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for an Improvement and Evaluation Officer on an initial 4 month contract, with a possibility of a further extension. You will be a member of a small team responsible for providing leadership and support to programmes and core business/activities for self-evaluation, approaches to peer learning/review and outcomes based approaches planning and reporting. Due to staff absence during 2017 there are a number of evaluative projects which required to be completed over the next few months.Essential skills:* Analysis of qualitative and quantitative research data.* Writing reports summarising qualitative and quantitative research data.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for a range of different audiences.* Knowledge of research ethics and data protection issues.* Qualifications - experience of undertaking social research as part of a postgraduate qualification (eg MSc, MRes) would be preferred.This is an urgent requirement, with interviews to take place on 23/11/17, with a start date to follow soon after.
