We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment to join a well established FS Software House based in the City. Competitive salary and Commission scheme. What does an Inside Sales Representative do? An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest and qualifying prospects ready to be passed to the senior sales team. Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand prospect needs and requirements in the banking, and ideally, treasury space Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure Achieve weekly quotas or calls placed and qualified meetings booked Research targets, identify key players and generate interest. Working closely with the marketing team Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Team with channel partners to build pipeline and gain interest Talk intelligently to prospects understanding their requirements and how we can help them The ability to be able to qualify out. Requirements Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferable Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Previous experience within a cold calling position is beneficial, although highly driven, money hungry graduates who aren't afraid to pick up the phone will also be considered.
