To ensure our continued growth, we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to work with the business and take ownership of the identification, attraction and on-boarding of colleagues across all business areas. This role will be key to our ambitious growth plans.You'll have responsibility of the full internal recruitment process, providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the selection journey. Working collaboratively with the Leadership and Management team the Internal Recruiter will present candidates that have been pre-qualified against an agreed job specification, undertaking work on one or more assignments simultaneously.As a team we have created Quanta's values developing a unique, rewarding and fun work environment. Representing and conveying Quanta's vision and values at all time, your duties and responsibilities will include: Coordinating and hosting internal/external interviewsDeveloping sourcing and candidate attraction campaignsManaging the direct sourcing of candidates utilising social media, job boards etcManaging the candidate on-boarding process, including new starter inductionsOrganising recruitment events and graduate/trainee candidate assessment centresLiaising and coordinating with external agencies to support Quanta's talent pipeline. In addition to the core tasks above you will also be required to develop talent pools and maintain positive contact with candidates to ensure Quanta have a pipeline of suitable candidates for future roles.
