Internal Recruiter/Recruitment Manager - Technology Internal Recruiter required to become the first dedicated hire into this high-growth technology company. Having gone from 30 to 130 heads in 18 months this business are now seeking to bring their hiring in house with a role that should grow into a head of/management position within the next year. The position has a heavy project-based element. You'll initially reinforce and strengthen an existing referral scheme and you'll pioneer networking at key technology events. Working closely with function heads and marketing to build on a clear, attractive recruitment brand and you'll invest heavily in applicant experience, ensuring that right across the interview process all those involved take away a positive, fair picture. Other projects planned are a graduate scheme and an entirely new stream of hires below Consultant level to create a clear structure for progression within the business. This isn't, however a hands off role. You'll initially take ownership of at least one stream of technology hiring, directly managing all applicant attraction and first line screening via Linkedin, job boards and your networking and referral schemes. You'll work directly with hiring managers to impact market knowledge, refine interview process and ensure expectations are fully realistic. This is a challenging role. Your experience will need to combine approach to creating and executing projects and sourcing of hard to find talent. We're looking for a confident individual unafraid to challenge interview and selection criteria but who can also back this up with strong knowledge of the technology hiring market place. You'll previously have built sizeable technology teams, you'll definitely be an expert in interviewing for those teams and you'll have the desire and passion to grow into a management role over time while always remaining in touch with hands on sourcing of the strongest talent.
