You will be a highly enthusiastic, intelligent, inquisitive, self-starter who will join a team of experienced architects and learn from some of the best in the business, all facets of what it takes to become a solution minded, technical client centric architect. In-depth technical knowledge isn't a necessity, but a broad knowledge across the technology spectrum is required. You will often be required to work with people who do have extensive knowledge in a particular specialism, and you must be able to converse confidently, and be able to challenge their proposals. You will be able to demonstrate experience from several the following areas: Identifying the organisation's needs using formal methodologies F Familiarity with architecture frameworks Creating technical material to support business decisions Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research Advising the client on managing future IT needs You will be able to demonstrate the following skills: Good communication with clients/operational managers - listening and providing answers Build good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues Gather and assimilate information and disseminate in most appropriate forms for multiple audiences Up to date knowledge of technical applications Adapt and prioritise your workload Anticipate problems, issues and solutions
