As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all strategic marketing, researching and campaign planning, including performance tracking and management of the annual marketing budget. Responsibilities include: - Liaising with PR team to develop relevant press material and grow media coverage - Develop and design email marketing campaigns and monitor of engagement as well as conduct A/B tests to optimise future campaigns - Sourcing advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press - Develop and send advertising briefs to creative agency - Communicating with target audiences and manage customer relationships - Managing the production of marketing materials, including print ads, digital media, e-newsletters and whitepapers - Writing and proofreading content and copy - Contributing to, and developing marketing plans and strategies - Managing marketing budgets - Evaluating marketing campaigns - Monitoring competitor activity - Organising events and product exhibitions - Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system to record activity - Managing all social media activity (Linkedin) Required Skills and Experience: - Enthusiastic and ambitious - Creative mindset - Ability to analyse data to form market insights - Polite written and phone manner - Keen interest in digital marketing and new technologies - Strong project management/organisational skills - Proficiency using Excel, Word and PowerPoint Preferred Skills and Experience - Experience of the motor trade - Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop and In design - Experience using Google Analytics and Adwords - Experience developing Marketing Plans - 1-2 years' experience in a similar role This is a great opportunity either for an experienced marketing professional or a recent university graduate with a marketing (or related) degree.
