Mobile Application Support - Slough A global company with its headquarters based in Slough is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their Mobile Support Team. This is an interesting mix of application support, technical administration and system testing for enhancements of the Mobile Applications. Dealing with both phone and email quires you will work through issues replicating the problem to determine whether it is a bug fix to be escalated to Development or set up issues that you can advise the user on. You will also have the opportunity to work on testing new enhancement and get involved with the middleware and backend systems. This Mobile Application Support role would suit someone with Software Support or general IT Support experience. This role is also suitable for graduates from a technical background such as BSc (Hons) Computing, BSc (Hons) Computer Networks, BSc (Hons) Information Technology Management looking for their first IT support role.
