Description: Person Specification • Experience in the design & delivery of workshops • Experience of one-to-one career advice (career coaching qualification preferable) • Educated to degree level or equivalent • Has held a Senior Recruitment role or Graduate Recruitment role • Experience of CV/application screening, designing and delivering interviews and assessment centres • Experience of account management - managing external suppliers (and preferably contracts) • Comprehensive knowledge of Professional Service and FS Graduate Recruitment Programmes • BPS Level A and B Qualified (Euro Test User Certificate Level 2) : Responsibilities The successful candidate will demonstrate the passion and ability to positively impact the lifelong employability and employment opportunities for Cass Postgraduates. The role holder has responsibility for the provision, co-ordination and evaluation of a high quality Career and Professional Development curriculum encompassing workshop design and delivery, one to one careers advice and coaching. This requires up to date knowledge of the evolving jobs market, recruitment trends and selections methods, and the ability to effectively impart this knowledge to a highly diverse range of students.
