A market leading Technology Business providing cutting edge software services to UK and International clients, including 35% of the FTSE 100, is looking for a New Business Development Executive/Software Sales person to generate and create warm relationships with new and existing prospects in order to boost the overall sales of the company. We are looking for someone with sales experience who is looking to progress in their career or a fresh graduate looking to kick-start their career in software sales. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 OTE + Commission + Pension + 25 days holiday Location: Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire Skills/Experience -Excellent communication skills - telephone, presenting-Highly motivated, target driven and enthusiastic-Highly organised - planning objectives, managing time-Disciplined in managing and following a defined sales processDue to the location of the office, your own transport is essential.THE ROLEYou will be developing new business opportunities by actively self-generating leads and building relationships with new and existing leads over the phone. Once qualified and entered into the CRM, you will work with the senior sales team to progress the opportunity and close the deal. It is essential that you work as a team with the sales people in order to ensure the smooth running of the entire sales process. Your role will be vital in identifying key leads to increase sales and with it revenue. You will be challenged with quarterly targets and therefore will need to be a motivated and hardworking individual. Hard work and success will lead to financial reward.
