JOB OVERVIEW - OTC Executive Xerox Middle East & Africa operates in 70+ countries through independently owned third party organisations. Reporting to the OTC Manager also based in Uxbridge the OTC Executive is responsible for the processing, shipping and credit collection of customer's orders. JOB SCOPEManage Bills of Exchange + Letters of Credit From Creation to Completion, enabling Cash Collection and Reducing Commercial Risk.Credit Control Support Order Processing SupportOrder Book reporting of unconfirmed orders and follow up.Provide support to Logistics + Finance TeamsAudit reporting, support and follow up.
