Education institution based in London seeking a Quality Manager on an interim basis for upto £20ph Your new company Award-winning Higher Education arts institution based in Central London are seeking a Quality Manager on an interim basis whilst they undergo recruitment to the permanent position. Reporting into the Head of Quality Assurance, the Quality Manager will contribute to the strengthening and development of the College's academic standards and its assurance and enhancement policies and procedures. Your new role As Quality Manager your responsibilities will cover the areas of Programme Management (Postgraduate and undergraduate); Student Engagement; Governance Management; as well as managing and developing the College's academic policies and keeping abreast of HE initiative and developments, including new initiatives arising from the Quality Code. You will also assist the Head to ensure compliance with external requirements e.g UKCI, HEFCE, HESA, OIA and Student Loans Company. What you'll need to succeed You will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of regulatory frameworks in Higher Education. You will have significant experience of working with external quality assurance agencies, professional bodies and /or collaborative partners. In addition, you will have experience in secretariat / committee servicing, and ideally experience in providing training for staff and/or students. What you'll get in return This is an interim position for 1-3 months whilst the organisation undergoes recruitment to the permanent position. The rate on offer is up to £20ph PAYE or £23ph umbrella. The successful candidate will be able to apply to the permanent post (salary of £30,000 - 35,000) but candidates only interested in interim work will be considered.
