Recruiter6 Month Contract£250-£300p/dLondonKey Responsibilities Typical day to day responsibilities for this role will include:Responsible for actioning and fulfilling new recruitment requirements (which could include technical corporate and graduate recruitment) within a proscribed Service level agreement, whilst driving down the cost per hire through the effective use of direct channel.Working with hiring managers to validate demand, agree a sourcing strategy and deliver relevant CVs for interviewActivation of the relevant channels for each requirement which will include, internal database searches, talent pools, job board advertising, CV database searches, actioning employee referrals, Linked In campaigns, social channels (such as Meet Up groups, etc) and external agenciesBuilding relationships with and working with the business to identify future requirements for pipeliningWorking closely with the Talent Supply Chain team to ensure a hand in glove balance between sourcing internal and external talent, whilst ensuring business need is metBuilding relationships with and effectively working with the offshore sourcing team on job postings, database searches, referral responses, advertising responses, interview arrangements and immigration processesConducting HR interviews, collating and sharing interview feedback and utilizing this information in management of the offer approval processEnsuring full compliance with external legal and Cognizant internal processes (eg right to work verification, approvals, system compliance etc.)Utilizing regular business analytics and dashboards produced by the operations team to provide insights and interventions with the businessWorking with recruitment operations for on-boarding, routes to market, campaigns, best practice advice, offer management, contactor requirements and business analytics.Looking at ways to continually promote Cognizant's employer brand, improve the candidate and hiring manager experience and deliver talent on time and to budgetSkills and competenciesWhat are we looking for?The successful candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:Previous recruitment experience gained in-house or via a complex RPO solution at volumeA thorough understanding of the recruitment market including regulation, market players, skill hot spots, commercial drivers etc. Technical recruitment experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essentialExperience of recruiting for volume language requirements (German, Turkish, Spanish and French) would be advantageous as would the ability to speak these one or more of these languages fluentlyGood systems skills and the ability to work with talent systems (eg ATS, CRMs, self-service systems etc.)Exceptional project management skills including the ability to juggle conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlinesAbility to create and innovate to drive continuous business improvement and outcomesA "get stuck in" approach to work - this is not a hands off role and the great outcomes will be influenced by your dedication
