Building relationships with clients is a slightly different approach. It will involve targeted calling, targeted and personalised emails, client meetings and building strong business relationships that ensure returned business.The key to recruitment success is being an investigator. Someone that can connect the dots within your client and candidate network, have a great eye for detail and take a huge element of pride their sales funnel and technique.TRAINING The GCS Academy has a proven track record of training graduates through to experienced sales professionals with transferable skills. We provide a training programme that encompasses all of the fundamentals in the recruitment process, and once this training has been successfully passed, you are then assigned with a business coach, alongside your manager who will mentor you throughout the first stages in your recruitment career to ensure your transition is smooth and on target earnings are hit.GCS are Investors in People Silver and ISO accredited, and we firmly believe that having the best people in our organisation means that we provide our customers with the best possible service.BACKGROUND REQUIRED5+ years' experience in sales, field sales, account management, product sales, software sales, broking - most sales skills are transferable and of interest to this level of hire.Excellent telephone and face to face skills - successful recruitment requires high level communication.Experience negotiating and objection handling in any capacity across any industry.You will have good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, high level candidates and work colleagues.REWARDS Dependant on experience, you can expect to earn in the region of £22 - £30k per year as a basic salary. With one of the best commissions schemes in the industry, we offer uncapped commission from day one.
