Recruitment Manager - Berkshire - c£40K plus benefits For this exciting new role, you will be supporting the HR Team in providing a proactive, professional and customer focused talent resourcing service to the business whilst also supporting and driving recruiting strategies. The business is going through a period of transition so you will need to be flexible, determined and able to work in a dynamic environment. You will drive Resource planning utilising Talent Management outputs to identify and forward plan for talent gaps and establish appropriate recruitment strategies to meet the Resource picture needs. You will deal with multiple vacancies at any one time, working pro-actively with line managers. You will also coordinate resource planning with Global Head of Talent Acquisition. There will be some overseas travel required. Essential Requirements: Strong relationship management skills including the proven ability to quickly build strong personal networks at all levels. Experience of working in a fast paced, Matrix environment. Proven experience of managing the delivery of recruitment services either in a recruitment agency or in-house environment. Proven experience in maximising direct sourcing. Good experience of innovating recruitment solutions and best practice. Experience of coaching less experienced staff. Excellent communication skills and the ability to support and influence stakeholders. Experience working in a generalist HR environment across: ER, Performance Management, Recruitment, Comp & Benefits, and Employee Engagement. Experience in influencing others without authority and working with peers in a collaborative way Experience with process improvements and understand root cause analysis. Desirable Requirements: Qualified to degree level or similar experience. Associate Member of the CIPD. Experience creating and managing graduate and internship programmes.
