This newly created role is a key position in Version 1's marketing team, responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Version 1's recruitment campaigns. This role will work very closely with the Marketing team - including Digital & Events, Recruitment, HR and Capability management. The ideal candidate will have excellent campaign management skills; able to create a marketing strategy across all channels in line with recruitment targets and objectives. There will be a focus on digital; including web, social media, job boards and LinkedIn. Candidates should have excellent copywriting skills. This is a perfect role for someone who likes to grasp opportunities, is very self-motivated, versatile and loves getting stuff done. Candidates should have some experience or interest in working in an IT environment, an understanding of Recruitment and preferably working with multi-site teams. ? Develop effective marketing campaigns for major, role specific recruitment drives, day-to-day recruitment, and our graduate programme. ? Work closely with in-house and external recruiters to develop specific channel strategies. ? Develop, nurture and guard Version 1's Employer Brand in liaison with the Head of Marketing, UK, HR and senior stakeholders ? Develop an effective recruitment content strategy and content roadmap ? Produce high-quality, regular, targeted, engagement and accessible recruitment focussed content for all channels ? Write effective copy, adhering to editorial and respective channel guidelines ? Act a Version 1 Employer Brand Guardian, ? Update and deploy content on CMS platform, social, hiring portal, LinkedIn and job boards ? Working with Recruitment, measure and report on the performance and ROI of recruitment marketing activities, and provide ongoing optimisations to improve performance ? Degree educated, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, PR, Communications, or a related field ? A successful track record within in-house or agency marketing. If you ' ve worked in marketing within recruitment this is of real interest. ? An understanding of technology, IT services, consulting or professional services preferable ? Impeccable copywriting skills and experience of delivering compelling content across various formats (eg reports, blogs, newsletter copy etc) ? Experience of coordinating work across teams ? Highly organised with great attention to detail ? Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines ? Resilient and able to work in a highly demanding environment ? Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution ? Excellent campaign management, with strong project management capability ?
