In your new role you will be reporting to the National Asphalt Support Services Manager and you will play a vital part in the process of the day to day running of this business. You will be a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal departments. You will provide reports for Sales and Marketing, customer dashboards and play an active part in the budgeting and planning. You will from part of a dynamic team processing orders, supporting customers, meeting supply chain needs and covering order processing responsibilities every third Saturday. To be successful you will be a graduate within business or a similar degree. You will be a self-starter and be able to work under pressure. You will be able to plan and prioritise your work load to ensure deadlines are met. You will be commercially minded and have a keen eye for change/progression within a business. Ideally you will have two years' experience in a general business administration and you will have had exposure to customer services. It is highly important you are an effective communicator as you will be working within a larger team. A full clean UK driver's license is required.
