About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a dynamic Global Senior Data Analyst to assist, drive and support growth initiatives for our rapidly growing list of top internet retailers in the United Kingdom and Australia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute by increasing the overall performance and customer satisfaction of a fast-growing merchant base. Build. Deploy. Bridge. Grow. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Business Insights & Analysis and will have responsibility for identifying opportunities to grow revenue, analyzing program and performance effectiveness, supporting a team of client managers and executives with reporting, critical performance insights, and developing an overall client and team insights roadmap. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced client-facing environment and needs to be a thought leader and partner. Key skills for the job will include: * Strong analytical skills. * Knowledge of analytical best practices, tools and methodologies. * Creativity and flexibility with approaching and solving complex problems while bringing rigor and discipline to analytical initiatives. * Knowledge of performance and forecasting models. * The aptitude to learn multiple functions/processes quickly. * Good organization and communication skills. Qualifications General Skills & Competencies * Proven track record of being able to deliver results * Provide analytic leadership including, but not limited to, business case support, business level productivity and merchant business forecasting * Ability to transform large volumes of raw data into reporting, analysis, and finally insights * Interpret complex customer & business data to develop an organized set of conclusions/recommendations. * Ability to work independently and as a team * Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task * Demonstrated keen sense of detail and accuracy * Great documentation skills * Solid communication skills (interpersonal, written and oral) Technical Skills * Advance MS Excel skills * Pivot Tables, Array Functions and Calculations are required * Experience with "What If" and Regression Analysis preferred * Basic Statistical Knowledge * MS Suite (Outlook & Word) * SQL Experience (Ability read and write queries efficiently) * Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Pentaho Experience / Background * 5+ years of related work experience in an analysis capacity * 3+ years in a business analyst capacity * Undergraduate degree or Masters degree in a quantitative field or relevant experience Retail, CRM, or e-commerce background highly preferred The Team At Pitney Bowes, our passionate and ambitious team delivers innovations that help clients navigate the complex and always evolving world of commerce: from helping them use data to market to the best customers, to enabling the sending of parcels and packages efficiently, to securing payments through statements and invoices.
