Where the best talent in the world can build careers full of scope, variety and reward, by creating the technical solutions that meet today's demands, answer tomorrow's questions and redefine the future of finance.Your role:To be responsible for supporting the implementation and operation of all service governance controls within Barclays Collaboration Services.To be a part of the Service Governance and Control Team who will ensure Barclays Collaboration Services control maturity is well defined, understood, managed and reported against. The role holder will work for the Service Governance & Control Lead who will be responsible for implementing a framework that will enable the management of all controls as well as being accountable for ensuring plans are in place to address any control maturity gaps.To be responsible for ensuring control maturity on an enduring basis for all Barclays Collaboration Services through alignment to the Group standards specifically within Service Management.To support in the build and creation of sustainable reporting methods through the delivery of a control dashboard. They will help support in ensuring that all Barclays Collaboration Employees understand the controls that we must operate, the control maturity that we must achieve and the plans which are in place to address this.Essential Skills:Supporting the implementation and operation of all service governance controls applicable to Barclays Collaboration ServicesReporting against Barclays Collaboration Services Control maturityWorking against a framework to support the management/control maturity on an enduring basis across Barclays Collaboration ServicesDelivering activities that are within the control maturity plan across Barclays Collaboration ServicesAble to support in influencing and convincing others of the merits of a strategic direction, when faced with resistance to change.
