Large banking client seeks a Settlement and Asset Servicing Project Coordinator.Role responsibility:Providing SME level Settlement and Asset Servicing expertiseAssist with the delivery of key strategic and regulatoryProject Management experience including project delivery and oversight (strategic & Regulatory), planning, risk/impact assessment facilitation and Test plan structuringMaintaining and supporting the group with their primary activities. These include Query Management across all Asset Classes/Asset Servicing event types, Relationship Management of key clients and businesses and issue resolution/conflict Management.Executing strategy to improve risk/control, process and Performance; while also Identifying and exploiting opportunities to differentiate from the competition.Reporting directly to the VP of AS Business Engagement Key accountabilities and skills:Have managed high performing Settlement/Asset Servicing teams historically.Solid and successful project management and change experience.Expert level Settlement and AS knowledge within an IB environment.A strong understanding of the regulatory challenges facing the industry.Knowledge of all settlement and Asset Servicing processes, applications and techniques within the department.Manage the relationships of a number of internal/external stakeholders throughout the life cycle of a number of strategic/regulatory projectsBe recognised as a true Settlement/Asset Servicing expert.Have a solid track record of demonstrating superior delivery and execution skills.Have a good understanding of all processes, applications and techniques within the department and continuously seek out areas for process improvement.Commercial effectivenessAcademic and professional qualifications: The Ideal candidate will have graduated with an honours degree or equivalent.Control environment: The role holder will play a key role in reviewing and enhancing the risk and control policies and procedures within the department.
