This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Student Recruitment team, where you will facilitate the smooth running of Graduate, Undergraduate and Schools Assessment Centres across UK locations. You will act as a subject matter expert within the Student Recruitment Team on assessment centre management and coordination, as well as policies and processes. You will also act as a liaison between the Student Hire and Student Recruitment teams.Your Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection:Host four - six assessment centres each month in both London and regional offices - including but not limited to setting up the event, briefing staff, facilitating decision making and smooth running of each event, ensuring all results are accurately captured and completion of post assessment centre offer administrationProvide strengths based feedback to candidates following interview and assessment centre outcomes including delivering difficult messagesAdminister candidate feedback survey, collating and analysing resultsSchedule all final interviewer briefings coordinating availability between interviewers and Student Recruitment trainersManage administration associated with assessor and first interviewer training - acting as key point of contact with Learning Services teamReport on assessor and interviewer activity levels on a regular basis including analysis of cancellations and withdrawalsAct as a recruitment process expert; consulting and advising Student Hire team as required on logistics and management of assessment centres and final interviewsMaintain an accurate Master list of trained interviewers and assessors, updating it regularly to reflect newly trained staff and any leavers and provide Business Resourcing teams with status & commitment reports as requiredMaintain an accurate Master list of Lunch Volunteer attendees - update regularly to reflect leavers and joinersResponsibility for maintaining stock of up to date Assessment Centre materials and appropriately working laptops in all AC locationsWith support from Student Recruitment Operations Advisors, assess candidate pipeline activity to predict Assessment Centre activity levels and ensure reflected in overall AC planningSupport the assessment validation process by coordinating the collection of all AC dataPartnering With The Business:Engage with client facing staff from Level 2 through to Partners and EDs chairing debrief conversations after assessment centres and final interviewsData and Reporting:Able to produce accurate management reports for team and business as requiredUses the recruitment portals effectively so that data is maintained with integrity and updates the recruitment databases consistently to ensure accurate reporting of candidate activity at all timesAccurately collects and reports on data for specific KPI's or produces reports for the teamTeam Contribution:Provide support to Operations Advisors if requiredActive involvement in team meetings and workshops cascading information to wider team and relevant audiences as requiredContribute to team wide recruitment initiatives as requiredProvide advice on process to business and colleaguesSupport new joiners to the Student Recruitment team acting as buddy or induction coach as requiredSkills and Attributes for Success:Strong team player with a positive personal impactAbility to manage high volume workloads calmly and effectivelyTo Qualify for the Role you must have:Strong administrative skillsAbility to plan and manage time effectively and independentlyAbility to communicate effectively and confidently with a broad range of people from candidates to final interviewersRelevant Student Recruitment experienceIdeally, you'll also have:A passion for working to high standards in a fast-paced, client driven environmentWhat We Look for:You will also work closely with Partners and Directors across the business so the ability to build strong and effective relationships, delivering at times difficult messages, will also be key.What working at EY Offers:We offer a competitive remuneration package where you'll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
