Technical Pre-Sales Executive required to join well established and growing company delivering geospatial software and solutions to clients in the defence, government and utilities industries. This Technical Pre-Sales Executive will support clients and the sales team by providing technical advice and analysis for customer bids as well as providing training and product support for existing clients. You will also contribute to maintaining an accurate database and CRM system.Excellent communication skills are require for this role. You should have a degree in a technical subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Systems or GIS. Ideally you will have also have some experience with software products and an awareness of programming in C++ under Visual Studio and/or Java/J2EE. This is not a programming role, but you will be working alongside the development team. Good knowledge of general IT, and trends in the software industry would be an advantage as well.
