Our goal is to support business growth by recruiting, training and supporting high-performing Analysts in the organization for both summer and Full time programsOverall Purpose of RoleContribute towards the wider goal of Graduate Resourcing by attracting, developing and retaining high performing graduate talent to the organisationPartner with the Early Careers team and stakeholders across the Bank to fulfil graduate and intern recruitment requirementsPartner with peers and business leaders on strategic initiatives to enhance our recruiting activities and deliver a great candidate experienceKey AccountabilitiesWork with the head of COO and Functions recruitment to develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues, creating an overall recruiting strategy to meet talent requirements and hiring needsContribute towards the design, implementation and management of campus recruiting activities, with a focus on diversity and early candidate identificationPartner with peers and business leaders on strategic initiatives to enhance our recruiting activities and deliver a great candidate experienceWork in conjunction with key stakeholders and business representatives to identify recruiting participants, interviewers and top talent at key schoolsConsult with business leaders and HR Business Partners, ensuring stakeholders dedicate the appropriate level of priority to recruiting effort in terms of time, resources and focusRunning day-to-day recruitment processes, including co-ordinating assessors and running briefings and wash ups, and interviewing and assessing candidatesManage interview selection and assessment process to find suitable candidates who meet our requirements. Ensure consistent hiring standards are used across all programsManage candidates through the entire recruitment process, including offer and close stagesIt is expected that the successful candidate will identify improvements to Early Careers recruitment processesAct as a key contact with select schools to partner on engagement model and campus activities; including coordination and execution of events and marketing activitiesAssist in managing summer intern program including appraisal process, placements, events and Full time offers. Participate in advising stakeholders on hiring decisionsManage challenging intern situations and partner with HR and business stakeholders to arrive at positive outcomesUtilize Excel to manage candidate data effectively and accuratelyProvide advice on process improvements and updates that can be made to existing graduate resourcing processesTravel to and attend recruiting events and conferences with the teaMaintain contact with career centers, candidates, and other campus stakeholders to market and plan eventsAct as point person for candidate inquiriesCandidate Essential Qualifications:Degree2+ years experience in HR or recruitingCandidate Essential Skills:The successful applicant will be a flexible team player with:End to end cycle Early Careers recruitment experienceExperience interviewing and assessing candidatesKnowledge of marketing trends for Early CareersAn interest in keeping up to date with Early Careers recruitment trendsCreativity and an open mindPassionate about recruiting talented individualsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralSound organisational skills with the ability to juggle a busy and changing workload effectively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to work independently, as well as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
