You will join our friendly team of 11 based in our offices in Stratford Upon Avon and you will follow an established training programme, which has been the proving ground for some very successful consultants.Role: Trainee Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Stratford Upon AvonSalary: £18,000- £25,000 + great opportunity to earn commission We focus on the Technology Industry in the Midlands and we offer our customers a professional search and selection service. During a typical week you will find yourself doing the following tasks: Researching businesses to identify sales opportunities Meeting customers at their offices to understand their vacancies Writing job descriptions and adverts Searching databases to identify candidates Telephone interviewing candidates Meeting candidates to interview them at our customers offices Writing interview notes Negotiating offers Once you are comfortable with the above you will be involved in direct sales calls to attract more customers. The environment will require you to be committed and enthusiastic, in return we will train and support you! In addition we offer both quarterly and annual incentives for the team - in the last few years we have visited Las Vegas and The Alps as a team! Once you have been through your years training program you will have the opportunity to set up and run your own recruitment business within the structure of Big Red, this is when the earning potential of the role increases significantly.
