This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK FSO Advisory Consultant Programme team supporting the development of junior talent that will enable EY to deliver our strategy. Please note this will be a 3 month contract role on either a day or hourly rate.The opportunityWorking as a valued member of the UK FSO Advisory Consultant Programme team, you have the opportunity to deliver a best in class graduate programme experience. We're looking for someone who has the autonomy to work independently to become a key business partner to our stakeholders, offering advice on best practice, defining a sourcing strategy to deliver the end-to-end recruitment processes across your portfolio.Your key responsibilitiesYou'll spend most of your time independently planning and coordinating a number of operational processes which drive the day to day running of the consultant programme. Examples include:Project management of the annual Promotion Readiness Assessment Centre processOversight of the six-monthly Secondment process including allocation of secondment windows, reviewing business cases, shortlisting candidates and stakeholder managementSupporting the on-boarding process by managing the allocation of "buddies" from the business for all new joinersDriving the communication associated with the consultant programme performance management processPlanning the training sessions for all new career coachesDelivering the UK FSO Advisory induction as part of a teamProducing monthly MI and maintenance of programme participant dataDriving participation of our online community and collaboration tools insofar as they relate to the UK (and potentially EMEIA) consultant experience. (ie Yammer, SharePoint)Ownership of the SharePoint site, distribution lists, policy documents etc.Our key stakeholders will look to you to provide them with up to date information, guidance on best practice and programme policies. Furthermore, you will act as an ambassador, embodying the ACP culture and reputation.To qualify for the role you must be able to:Manage stakeholders, providing them with up to date informationDevelop a strong network of contacts across UK FSO Advisory and beyondDemonstrate problem solving skills and have the ability to utilise your personal networkAccurately collect and report on data for specific KPI's or produce reports for the teamContribute and lead on projects and initiativesApply knowledge or take a fresh perspective to solve complex problems and issues that arisePlan and manage time effectively and flex up and down to deal with key prioritiesInteract well with people at all levels within the firmWork to a high level with IT - Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePointCommunicate effectively - oral and writtenOrganise effectively with a sound attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlinesIdeally, you'll also have:An enthusiastic, can do approach and be a strong team playerThe ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritise effectivelyThe ability to pre-empt deadlines and pursue colleagues for relevant informationA desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practiceThe ability to learn new processes and skills quicklyThe ability to work well unsupervised and use initiative where requiredWhat we look for:You will have a keen interest in people development, with experience in a recruitment, resourcing or HR advisor role with a desire to provide exceptional service to your internal stakeholder.
